Aside from blogging, hiking, eating, my other hobby is baking. Baking is fun, it is the only type of cooking that I know that brings out sweet smelling aromas. Next time I bake, Chocolate Fudge Cake will be on the top of my list of sweets. Believe it or not, vegans like everybody else have sweet tooth, try not to believe the myths and hype. Caution: Please do not eat and go straight to bed.
Every vegan loves a good Tofu breakfast.Tofu is a good source of protein and contains all nine (9) amino acids. Vegan foods that contain amino acids include; soybeans, pumpkin, seeds, nuts, peas, beans, chia seeds, almonds, oats, lentils, etc. Amino acids are important to the body because they break down foods, repair body tissue, promote growth
Almonds contain lots of healthy fats, fiber, protein, magnesium and vitamin E. Other health benefits of almonds include lowering blood sugar levels, reduced blood pressure and lowering cholesterol levels. They can also reduce hunger and promote weight loss.

The name Nadia means “hope.” “Hope is the feeling that the feeling you have isn’t permanent” – Jean Kerr. In Arabic, Nadiyyah means “tender”, “delicate” or “the calling”. Urban dictionary would describe me as a beautiful, sweet, kind, loving girl who is all about peace. Nadia wants everyone happy, sounds accurate.
